Risks of cloud storage
Cloud security is tight, but it's not infallible. ... But the bigger risk with cloud storage is privacy. Even if data isn't stolen or published, it can still be viewed. Governments can legally request information stored in the cloud, and it's up to the cloud services provider to deny access.

Well… it is secure enough for anyone who may demand it. I’ll explain: if you’re an individual user, concerning their own private data and files, then you’re probably not going to invest much in your cloud service; you’ll do just fine with Azure or AWS which are public clouds because you understand this is the product you’re aiming for, and that is just fine. You’re not depositing a hyper sensitive information in your vendor’s hands so they will, respectively, do a good job for you.

As well as that, if you’re a business owner or a large enterprise, we’ve come to the point where we are talking about sensitive information. In this case, you would be just fine with Stratoscale or any other private cloud vendor, as they stand up to the highest security standards. This is derived form the term “private cloud”, as there’s only one entity to occupy it.
